From the creator of Beavis and Butt-head...is that really the way you want to be remembered? Imagine, even if Mike Judge ran for President, won and the averted World War 3, the news anchor would probably say, "President Judge today averted a world wide nuclear crisis. Judge, best remembered as the creator of Beavis and Butt-head, met today with Russian officials..." That's no legacy to leave behind. But, I digress, Office Space is basically the story of every guy who has a job. His boss is a giant loser, his co-workers are a collection of goofs and weirdoes, his girlfriend says he doesn't make enough money...sound familiar? If it does, then you must be the guy who's been stalking me!! Or, this could be your life, too! This movie is hysterically funny, it's the story of Peter, Peter is every-guy. He hates his job and his life, but really does nothing to change it. Peter's neighbor, portrayed by the dumb guy from the Drew Carey Show, is an average working Joe too, but he's happy with his lot in life. Peter's girlfriend works at a Chili's/Friday's type restaurant, hates her job too. And the guy who played Jimmy James on Newsradio plays Milton, the goofiest guy in the office...keep your eye on him!!

From the beginning of the movie, which is the drive to work, through bad relationships and a small scam to embezzle funds from the work place, you'll see yourself in this movie! If you don't you're obviously an unemployed loser and you need to get off your dead ass and get a job!!!
So, there you have it, Office Space is one of the funniest movies I've seen in a loooooooong time. Of course, I found the Harlem Globetrotters on Gilligan's Island to be both moving and poignant, so you might want to check this out for yourself. And until next time, remember, the best movies are bad movies!!!
